Following a 25 year long career working for some of the UK's great restaurants, including the Ivy and the Dorchester, in 2013 Shuk Ng set up The Two Shuks to realise her dream of producing the finest in home made artisanal food. She now creates an exquisite, additive and preservative free , range of artisanal bread, cakes, pastries, preserves and confectionery. All are produced in small batches to ensure quality and freshness and can be delivered direct to your door. Based in the heart of Soho she has unique access to a wide range of the finest ingredients which she locally sources wherever possible. All her products are hand made using traditional techniques whilst incorporating her own signature style. Her reputation for excellence, quality and taste has been recognised by the receipt of 7 Great Taste Awards from the prestigious Guild of Fine Foods.
